Rakhee Vaswani is a cookery virtuoso and has a Le cordon Bleu Certificate from Tante Marie, London. She currently leads Palate Culinary Studio, a first of its kind with an international concept and a state of the art island kitchen studio.
Rakhee teaches you about 60 courses ranging from Kebabs to Sizzlers, from Lebanese to Mexican, from Thai to Moghlai, from Chocolates to Cakes and Pastries.
PALATE CULINARY STUDIO takes you to an enticing and exciting journey of the culinary world with their demo as well as hands on classes in every cuisine. They have a rather unique range of classes titled Chef's Classes, Birthday Themes, Chef's Special Sushi, Mongolian, Korean stir fries, sizzlers, kebabs, viva italiano, asian flavour and many more cook your own meals.

Rakhee has been exploring myriad recipes since the age of 11. Her passion let her learn from anybody who could cook something she does not know. Over the years she has learnt from many a talented teachers and chefs, French Michelin Star chef, undergone a bakery course from Sophia College and through personal experience of trials and errors given the fact that food is the essence of her life.
Watching her, one cannot help but notice the passion flow into her food while she is cooking.
