Feb's here and the winter season is almost closing. It's time you got out there and made the most of the cold. A fleeting feeling as far as Mumbai goes. Our trip this coming weekend is all about doing that and feeling the beauty of the great outdoors. Not in the lap of luxury but roughing it out on a trek , camping on in tents and chilling by a bonfire in the night all in the forest near Karjat. Not to worry though we are not in the middle of nowhere but on a private farmland where the peace and scenery is to die for.

Trip essence : An adventure getaway that includes camping out in tents, taking a trek to a fort called Kothaligad, pitching your own tents, Get a bonfire going together and chilling under the beauty of the stars on a private farmland.

When: 16th-17th Feb 2013

Where: Trek to Kothaligad fort , Stay at Bhivpuri,Karjat
