What Oye?

Power Yoga brings about an intensive body sculpting based on a more rigorous routine that accelerates the physical benefits of yoga for both men and women. It works every part of your body. This is the ultimate workout for the body, mind and spirit. Arts in Motion, one of the popular dance classes in Mumbai conducts an entire gamut of activities at their studio at Sion, power yoga being one of them.

What more Oye?

Power yoga helps increase flexibility of your body and increases cardiovascular strength, helping you lose calories. The process helps shed inches and sculpt a balanced, naturally beautiful body. Stress-related illnesses are most common in our country today. A regular power yoga class and session can help improve health, happiness and your productivity in work. Power yoga also is a blend of different styles of yoga which makes it more comprehensive for you to learn and practice.

Who Oye?

Arts in Motion is one of the well known Dance Classes in Mumbai. The Dance Studio was established in 2004 to provide quality education in choreography and staging support to institutes and individuals devoted to the teaching of proper techniques of dance, posture and movement in a creative and healthy atmosphere.

The proprietor, Aanchal Gupta, had long held a dream to promote dance - classical or modern, Indian or Western, all under one roof, in one institute - a studio, where she could break down the elitist barriers surrounding dance, making it available to everyone, from an absolute beginner to an advanced professional. Where a student of Jazz had the facility to enroll for an Odissi class or a teacher of Bharat Natyam could learn to appreciate Salsa.
