Lavina Khanna has creatively power packed lot of exciting things aiming at the complete workout of the body; so that you can stay fit while having all the fun.

Legs, bums and tums: This gives you inch loss and focuses on abs, back and butt

Mondays and Wednesdays (10:30 AM)

Zumba Fitness: Zumba is one of the happening and exciting things that is raising eye-brows these days. Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba's choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves. Squats and lunges are also included.

Tuesdays and Thursdays (7:30 PM)

Aerodance: A fun filled high intensity great calorie burner. It combines floor and step aerobics.

Monday and Wednesdays (9:15 AM) and Saturdays (9:45 AM)

Power and Traditional Yoga in a heated room: This class will detoxify your body and cultivate energy of the breath

Wednesdays (6 PM) | Tuesdays (9:15 AM) | Sundays (9:30 AM)

Pilates: Workout for mind and body to improve flexibility and posture

Thursdays (9:15 AM)

Trampoline Power Jumps: An intensive and fun filled workout on the trampoline.

Fridays (9:15 AM and 6 PM)

Choreographed Bollywood Songs

Who Oye?

Lavina Khanna is a trained aerobics fitness teacher from Reebok, Nike and NIA. A fitness instructor at Pulse - the Dance Studio, she has been a part of the fitness industry for the last 20 years.

Lavina also teaches Pole Dancing, Hot Yoga, Trampoline, Aerodance, and Lap dancing. Her innovative workouts have made her one of the most sought after fitness instructors in Mumbai.
