Muay Thai, also called as the Art of Eight Limbs is the national sport of Thailand. Besides being a fitness technique, it is also known to be an effective stress buster.
Kickboxing is a blend of martial arts and cardio workouts. It helps gain flexibility, tone the body, shed calories and deliver power packed action in style.
Amit Lalwani conducts Kickboxing and Muay Thai classes at his Academy Centres located at Sion (E), Bandra (W), Santa Cruz (W) and Charni Road in Mumbai.
Begin with the basics involving simple warm-up sessions and techniques to improve flexibility and strengthen bones. The basic course spans over 3 months and a certificate is awarded on completion of the same.
Advance to the next level that include regimens such as running, shadowboxing, rope jumping, body weight resistance exercises, abdominal exercises and if need be, weight training.
Amit Lalwani is an exponent in martial arts and runs his own Kickboxing and Muay Thai Academy across four centres in Mumbai.
Amit is credited with introducing Muay Thai to Mumbai and is certainly one of the most credible trainer of the art.
