Kickboxing combines elements of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning to your body. Learn kick-boxing at Arts in Motion, one of the popular dance classes in Mumbai which also conducts an entire gamut of activities at their studio at Sion.

What more Oye?

Kickboxing is one of the best methods of fitness and it does not involve physical contact between competitors it's a cardiovascular workout that's done because of its many benefits to the body.It is an excellent form of exercise that focuses on punching, kicking, kneeing and elbowing. Cardio kickboxing is usually done at a quick pace in order to elevate your heart rate, and you will feel muscles burning that you were not even aware could burn if you have not done it before. Kickboxing will tone your body and burn your fat, and all this while increasing your metabolism, endurance and strength.

Who Oye?

Arts in Motion is one of the well known Dance Classes in Mumbai. The Dance Studio was established in 2004 to provide quality education in choreography and staging support to institutes and individuals devoted to the teaching of proper techniques of dance, posture and movement in a creative and healthy atmosphere.

The proprietor, Aanchal Gupta, had long held a dream to promote dance - classical or modern, Indian or Western, all under one roof, in one institute - a studio, where she could break down the elitist barriers surrounding dance, making it available to everyone, from an absolute beginner to an advanced professional. Where a student of Jazz had the facility to enroll for an Odissi class or a teacher of Bharat Natyam could learn to appreciate Salsa.
