If the foodie in you has always craved for the exotic sounding nachos, the juicy lasagna and the colorful Mexican salads and yet you have never got the chance to try it out, if you wish to make your friends and family exclaim "Mamma Mia" in awe of your Italian dishes, if you want to master the secret of Mexican cuisine and add a feather to your Sombrero, then the Aroras cooking lesson for Mexican-Italian cuisine is the perfect place to be. The culinary class will be a hands on cookery lesson showing you the ropes in making tangy and spicy delights. So let your culinary skills travel two different countries and enrich your palate with the best of both worlds.

The two-in-one cookery lesson will teach you dishes from both countries including:

MEXICAN

  • Nachos with salsa sauce
  • Tacos with Mexican salad
  • Crispy tortillas with baked beans and Mexican cheese sauce

ITALIAN

  • Cannelloni with vegetable stuffing, Arrabiata sauce and cheese sauce
  • Lasagne with Paneer, Tofu or capsicum stuffing, Arrabiata sauce and cheese sauce

Who Oye?

Mrs Saloni Arora has been teaching cooking since 1994. She is extremely passionate about cooking and gives personal attention to all her students. She teaches tasty and yummy dishes in a simple and easy to understand methods. Her cookery classes is full of fun and interaction with her students. She believes in making friends with her students,so that you can interact with her even after your courses are over.
