Cakes come in those rare categories of foods which look so beautiful that we sometimes forget that they are supposed to be eaten. Exotic ones - even more so. In this 3 hour session Mahek takes you through an exciting ride of baking one right from scratch.
In this class you will be learning how to use fresh cream icing, piping out different designs with the help of assorted nozzles and even the art of making roses. The entire cake will be made in the class, right from baking to creaming to decorating.
Basic Sponge Cake - With eggs and eggless Fresh Cream Fruit Cake and Dutch Truffle Cake.
