Learn to prepare delectable cakes like

  • Basic Sponge Cakes -With eggs and eggless
  • Fresh Cream Fruit Cake
  • Dutch Truffle Cake
  • Variations - Pineapple, Strawberry, Mango, Litchi, Kiwi, Mixed Fruit, Black Forest, Butterscotch, Caramel, Cappucino, Orange Mist, Blueberry.

Apart from baking, learn how to use fresh cream icing, piping out different designs with the help of assorted nozzles and even the art of making roses and many other flowers. Watch the demonstration on use of cake gel.

Watch every step of the process, right from baking to creaming to decorating. Practice all the patterns with fresh cream till you perfect it.

Classes are also conducted on weekends for the convenience of working women. Mahek ensures small groups to provide personal attention. Detailed notes are given for each class. All the dishes prepared are distributed evenly among all the students to take back to their loved ones.

Mahek Mandlik runs Mahek's Cooking Classes in Andheri, Mumbai where she teaches over 40 courses that include Sherbets and snacks, Roz Ka Khana, Eggless cakes, Pastries, Cookies and Breads, Assorted Masalas, International cuisines like Italian, Mexican and Lebanese and much more.
