Biriyani, perhaps is a rare delicacy which can be called both indigenous and exotic at the same time. Having originated in Persia, Biriyani travelled to India through Iranian travelers and merchants. And over the year the rich taste has evolved and become even richer and the spread wider. There would rarely be any dish which is so strongly traverses history and has so many stories.
