During the one-day course, learn to prepare several varieties like
Truffle, Rum and raisin, Bounties, Marzipan, Caramel, Orange Delite, Butterscotch, Very Strawberry, Marble, Hazel- Dazzle, Cookies n mint, Marsh mellow Dip, After 8 Dinner Mints, Almond rocks, Lollipops, Kit Kat, Tangy Grape, Poppers, Teddy Bears, Marie Magic, Chocolate Leaves, Chocolate roses, Coloured roses, Cashew Nut Torrone, Valentine Heart Boxes, Chocolate cut outs, Ferrero Rochers, Hazelnut Pralines, Guylian chocolates, Rocky Road Bites.
Classes are also conducted on weekends for the convenience of working women. Mahek ensures small groups to provide personal attention. Detailed notes are given for each class. All the dishes prepared are distributed evenly among all the students to take back to their loved ones.
