  • The second tip for yoga for beginners is that before starting a yoga session, it is essential for the muscles to be stretched and warmed up. The parts that need to be warmed up are neck, shoulders, arms, wrists, hips, legs, torso, hands, fingers and toes.
  • The most basic part of yoga is controlled breathing. It is essential for a well-oiled functioning of nervous system and improving one’s ability of concentration.
